Each time that you present your card at a location displaying the Prize Points emblem, you will earn points. Your points will accumulate with each use. You will earn one point for each dollar that you spend, except at locations that offer double, triple, or greater points. You will be able to recognize those offering extra points by the emblem that they display. |

Giving you Prize Points is the way that the businesses, displaying this emblem, have of saying "Thanks for letting us serve you" and "Please come see us again." These are merchants that understand that rewarding loyal customers is more valuable than constantly advertising for new customers. They are turning advertising dollars into premiums for their valued customers. Please see a complete list of participating merchants for your area and across the nation. PARTICIPATING STORE DIRECTORY You will be able to redeem your points for exciting premiums. Each item includes shipping and handling. As you see, these premiums really are bonuses for shopping at participating stores. So, accumulate points quickly by presenting your card every time that you shop. If you would like to view our catalog of premium items, click the word "Catalog" below. A small number of participating merchants have chosen to exclude some products or services they offer for point accumulation. Prize Points has no control over retailers who make this decision. We encourage you to ask for points on all purchases. Your business is important to them, and your voice will matter. |
Checking and Redeeming your points is simple. Just select the Check Point Accumulation option on the first page that you see when visiting this site and enter your full 16 digit card number with no spaces between numbers. Soon your point total will be returned to you. Then select the Catalog For Point Redemption option and choose the items that you want, which are within your point range. Click on the work "Order" below. You will be asked for your card number and your personal "password" . The password is the four digit number that you selected when registering for your Prize Points card. The purpose of the password is to insure that only you can redeem your points. Complete the order form and your selection will be on its way to you.
You may combine your card accumulation total with that of other cardholders, such as a spouse. This is done at the time that your are prepared to place an order. To combine points, simply have each cardholder give their card number, password, and authorization when placing an Order.
Each point has a "Cash
Value" of $0.001. This means that if you choose, you may redeem your
points for money. You should realize, however, that the cash value
of points is less than the value of the prizes that you may choose
from.

Getting Points
Awarded On Transactions
For points to be awarded to you on a transaction, a participating
merchant must report to Prize Points the transaction amount, date of
transaction, and your card number. To insure that proper credit
is
given to your card for each transaction, make sure that the merchant
processes your card through their card reading terminal or records your
purchase on a Prize Points Accumulation Form. The company does
not assume responsibility for qualified purchases not reported to Prize
Points by the Merchant, in the appropriate format and in accordance to
Prize Points policies. So, ultimately it is your responsibility
to make sure that each merchant properly reports each transaction.
Use your card every time that you shop at a participating merchant. Points are held in reserve for up to ten years, as long as you use your card at least once every 180 days at a participating merchant location, which location reports the use of your card to Prize Points within 180 days of your last recorded use. Should Prize Points not receive a qualified report of a card use within 180 days of the cards last reported use, your card data will be deleted and the points accumulated on that card will no longer be available. So be sure to use your card frequently.
The company also does not assume responsibility for points which are reported by a participating merchant if the merchant has not paid the company the agreed upon amount for the points reported. At times when checking your points on the Internet you may find a transaction with an asterisk (*) following the transaction date. This indicates that the points for that transaction are not yet available due to a past-due merchant account. These transactions are not included in the sum of the "Total Points" listed.
It is our opinion that this should not alarm you, as long as the merchant remains a Prize Points participating merchant. Please be patient. We are confident that these points will soon be available to you. We invite you to e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.
| If you
feel that your point accumulation is incorrect, you will have 45 days
from the date the points in question were accumulated or used to
challenge your point balance. If you would like to challenge your
point balance, e-mail us. We will get to you as soon as
possible. You have the right to challenge your point balance once
every 20 days, free. Should you challenge points more than once
in a 20 day period, you will pay a penalty of 100 points for each
inquiry. |
Protecting Your Card And Password.
You will use your card number to check your point accumulation in the Prize Points system. Your card number and your chosen password are required for you to exchange the points you have accumulated for the prizes you have selected. You should be careful and never allow another person to have access to your card or your password. Prize Points does not assume responsibility for unauthorized use of your accumulated points.
If you have forgotten your
password, go to a redemption location near you. In the back
of the catalog you will find a "Change of Information" form.
Complete that
form and give it to a manager at the store. You will be required
to show a picture ID. We have you show a picture ID to insure
that someone has not found your card and is changing the password to
enable them to gain access to your account.
