Redeeming Your Points

Thank you for your participation in the Prize Points program.

Before ordering make sure that you have checked your point accumulation to insure that you have enough accumulated points for the item(s) that you have chosen to order.

Placing Your Order

Once you have confirmed that you have enough points, you may place your order. You will need the following items to place your order:

Your card number.

Your four digit Password, (which you selected when you received your card.)

The Item numbers for the prizes you have selected.

The number of points required for the item(s).

A brief description of the item(s).

(Note: If you do not remember your password, you may select a new one by going to a redemption center, showing a picture ID, and completing a "Change of Information Form.")

Valuable Ordering Information

When ordering you may combine your points with any other cardholder to obtain a more valuable prize. To do this, just send the card number and password for each cardholder with your order. This allows a couple, family, or group to have individual cards and still work together in accumulating points for prizes.

In the box provided for "Comment", on the order form, you may enter a second card number to be used in conjuction with that order. Be sure to include the password for the second card as well.

When ordering, you may use any portion of the points you have accumulated. You may order as many items as you choose as long as the total of those items do not exceed your point balance. Unused points will remain on your card as long as your card is active, (for more information about keeping your card active, see cardholder responsibilities.) After using any portion of your points you may continue to add points to your remaining card balance for future orders.

Shipping

At your option, your order will come to you in one of two ways:

BEST OPTION: You may have us deliver the items you order to a Prize Points redemption center. There is no fee for shipping or handling when your order is delivered to a redempion center. Once your order is shipped to a redemption center, we will attempt to notify you, at the e-mail address on record. The items you order will automatically be shipped to the redemption center which is nearest to the location where you accumulated the most points, unless otherwise requested by you. All participating grocery stores are redemption centers, other high volume participating stores may also be redemption centers. Please check the "Participating Merchant Directory" for the redemption center nearest you.
CONVIENIENT OPTION: Your order may be shipped to the address which you recorded on your card registration form. Should you request that your order be shipped to an address other than that of a redemption center, (active in the Prize Points program at the time of the order,) you will be required to pay shipping and handling for your order. Once your order is received by Prize Points you will be notified regarding the amount needed for shipping and handling and how to make that payment.

Please allow four to six weeks for delivery.

Important notice:

All products listed were available at the time of the last printing of the catalogs found at Prize Points Redemption Centers. Prize Points and those retailers associated do not guaranty the availability of items listed herein. If an item is ordered which is not available through our standard supplier of that item at the time the order is being filled, Prize Points reserves the right to exercise one of the following two options

Option one: replace the item with a similar item.

Option two: return the total points deducted from the cardholder's account for the unavailable item.

All warranties of all products are those of the manufacturer. Prize Points and participating retailers do not assume any responsibility for warranty on any item. Items damaged in shipping are the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
