Once you have confirmed that you have enough points, you may place your order.  You will need the following items to place your order:
  • Your card number.
  • Your four digit Password, (which you selected when you received your card.)  
  • The Item numbers for the prizes you have selected.
  • The number of points required for the item(s).
  • A brief description of the item(s).
To order, please e-mail us the above information by clicking on the e-mail icon to the right and entering the appropriate information. 

(Note:  If you do not remember your password, you may select a new one by going to a redemption center, showing a picture ID, and completing a "Change of Information Form.")


Notice: To protect our system against  potential viruses and worms, we do not open mail that contain attachments or links.

Valuable Information About Using Your Points
When ordering you may combine your points with any other cardholder to obtain a more valuable prize.  To do this, just send the card number and password for each cardholder with your order.  This allows a couple, family, or group to have individual cards and still work together in accumulating points for prizes. When ordering, you may use any portion of the points you have accumulated.  You may order as many items as you choose as long as the total of those items do not exceed your point balance.  Unused points will remain on your card as long as your card is active, (for more information about keeping your card active, see cardholder responsibilities.)  After using any portion of your points you may continue to add points to your remaining card balance for future orders.

At your option, your order will come to you in one of two ways:

Important notice:

All products listed were available at the time of the last printing of the catalogs found at Prize Points Redemption Centers. Prize Points and those retailers associated do not guaranty the availability of items listed herein. If an item is ordered which is not available through our standard supplier of that item at the time the order is being filled, Prize Points reserves the right to exercise one of the following two options
  • Option one: replace the item with a similar item.
  • Option two: return the total points deducted from the cardholder's account for the unavailable item.

All warranties of all products are those of the manufacturer. Prize Points and participating retailers do not assume any responsibility for warranty on any item. Items damaged in shipping are the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
