Card Expense Recovery

A Participating Prize Points Merchant which has produced a custom Prize Points card may apply for reimbursement of the basic costs associated with card production.

Reimbursement is available for the following expenses associated with card production, (to a maximum of $0.50 per card.):

• Printing of the plastic card, (this does not include art work, or any other fees beyond the actual printing of the plastic card).
• Encoding, (when encoded in compliance with Prize Points standards).

To qualify for reimbursement, the card must have been issued to an individual and used for the collection of points in the Prize Points system.   Reimbursement will occur as follows:

• PMA will credit the Participating Merchant up to 20% of each monthly billing fee for Prize Points services until the total of the pre-approved above mentioned card expenses associated with active cards have been fully credited.
