What is
loyalty?
Loyalty is often incorrectly assigned. As an example, John is a customer that comes in regularly and is very social, speaking to everyone. It is easy to judge John as "loyal". What you may not realize is that John is only purchasing your advertised "loss leaders," on most visits. It is available only to those awarding points. Each participating business has 24/7 access to on-line reports that show the activity of each participant at that business. Through these reports, businesses are able to learn a great deal about their customers, see trends, monitor the success of promotions and much more. Promoting Your Business

monthly report will come with an invoice for $0.02 for each
point awarded by you to your customers
during that month. From these
funds all rewards are purchased and delivered to your customers.
